Our days at The Language Garden follow a structured rhythm of free play and set activities.

This rhythm is at the heart of everything we do, giving children a sense of security, certainty and confidence throughout their day.

A typical, magical day at the Language Garden

Nourishing meals

At the Language Garden, we love healthy and nutritious food. We provide a morning snack and children are bringing in lunch packs from home.

Occasionally we cook or bake with the children in our huge and sunny kitchen.

Our meals are all vegetarian and we can cater to certain allergies. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions you have about our food.

Fees & Funding

Language Garden is registered voluntarily with OFSTED, so accepts all types of childcare vouchers and also falls under the government’s tax- free childcare scheme (TFC).

We offer a nurturing environment and high-quality language tuition, but we are not formally a nursery.  We operate on a part-time basis so children can also spend time at their English nursery of choice.

This allows parents to make use of their government-funded nursery provision for 3- and 4-year-olds and join The Language Garden as an additional experience.
